Great Ocean Road. Travelling from Apollo Bay to Lorne. Early morning at Skenes Creek. It had been a stormy night, lots of rain and a great sky. I managed to get the colours down early in the morning morning and completed the painting in my studio. Linda Finch

The old bakery is now a private residence just outside Beechworth in north east Victoria. It's a beautiful old brick building and the colours on this particular day were amazing. How could I resist painting those bright pinks, reds, and purples ? A feast for the eyes. Kate Collins
The Mornington Peninsula is as famous for its wines and vineyards. This is such a lovely scene that could just as easily have been in Provence or Tuscany. It was added joy for me playing around with the colours in the garden. Emily Holsman

This painting was a commission for some friends of their beautiful home. I particularly enjoyed making the garden very much central to the composition, allowing the house itself to blend with its surroundings. Emily Holsman
